privacy. This Privacy Statement describes the information practices of bonseye.org

This Privacy Policy describes the information practices of websites that link to the statement: https://www.bonseye.org(further referred to as “bonseye.org’s websites” or “Company’s websites”).

Applications may be posted by bonseye.org or third parties. When applications are posted by bonseye.org, this Privacy Statement applies. When applications are posted by a third party, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the third party’s own privacy policy.

bonseye.org websites may contain links to other websites, and bonseye.org is not responsible for information practices or content on such other websites. The Company encourages you to review the privacy statements of other websites to understand their information practices.

  1. Personal Data

Collectively bonseye.org offers a range of services collectively referred to as the “Service”. bonseye.org collect information from individuals who visit the Company’s websites (“Visitors”) and individuals who register for use of the Service (“Customers”).

When you express an interest in receiving further information about the Service or registering to use the Service, bonseye.org require you to provide contact information to the Company. This can be, for example, your name, company name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (“Required Contact Information”). bonseye.org may also request you to provide additional information, such as your company’s annual revenue, number of employees, or industry (“Optional Information”). Required contact information, billing details and optional information are further referred to collectively as “Data about Fyksen.no customers.”

bonseye.org may also collect information through common information collection tools while navigating the Company’s web pages. This may for example be cookies and web beacons, further referred to as “Website Navigation Information”. The website’s navigation information contains standard information about your browser (such as browser type and browser language), your IP address (“IP”), and your actions on the Company’s websites (such as web pages displayed, and links clicked on).

The Company uses collected Data on Fyksen.no customers to perform requested services. For example, if you fill out a “contact me” web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you regarding your interest in the Service.

The Company may also use collected Data on Fyksen.no customers for marketing purposes. Among other things, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to discuss your interest in bonseye.org and the Service, as well as send you information about the Company and its partners. This can be information about promotions and events.

bonseye.org uses the Website’s navigation information to operate and improve the Company’s websites. The Company may also use the Website’s navigation information in combination with collected Data on Fyksen.no customers in order to provide personalized information about the Company.

Bonseye.org use common tools for collecting information, such as cookies and web beacons, while navigating the Company’s websites (Website Navigation Information). This section of the Privacy Statement describes what types of navigation information the Company may collect and how the Company may use this information.

Cookies

bonseye.org use cookies to make the interaction between the Company’s websites simple and meaningful. When you visit one of the company’s websites, bonseye.org send their servers a cookie to your computer. Cookies alone cannot identify you, they only recognize your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to bonseye.org, either by replying to a quote, opening a user account, or filling out a web form (for example, a “contact me” form), you remain anonymous to the Company.

There are two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies exist only for a session. They disappear when you close the browser or shut down the computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you have closed your browser or turned off your computer.

If you have chosen to identify yourself to bonseye.org the Company uses session cookies that contain encrypted information. In this way, the Company can make a unique identification of you. Each time you log on to the Service, a session-dependent cookie is stored in your browser, and it contains an encrypted, unique identifier that is associated with your account. These session cookies allow the Company to identify you when you are logged into the Service and to process your online transactions and requests. Session cookies are required to use the Service.

bonseye.org uses persistent cookies to identify browsers that have previously visited the Company’s websites, and these may only be read and used by the Company. When you purchase the Service or provide the Company with your personal information, you are assigned a unique identifier. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that the Company stores in your browser. The Company is particularly cautious about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies, and the Company does not, for example, store passwords in persistent cookies. If you disable your browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will be able to navigate the Company’s websites but not use of the Service.

Web beacons

bonseye.org use web beacons alone or in combination with cookies. These are used to compile information about the Company’s websites and interaction with emails from the Company to Customers and Visitors. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you visit a specific web site that is either associated with the web beacon or describes a web page that is associated with the web beacon. For example, bonseye.org can place web beacons in marketing emails. These may inform the Company when you click on a link in the email message which then directs you to one of the Company’s websites. bonseye.org use web beacons to operate and improve the Company’s websites and email communications. bonseye.org may use information from web beacons in combination with Fyksen.no customer data to share information about the Company and the Service with you.

IP addresses

When you visit the websites of bonseye.org the Company collects your IP address (“IP”) to track and aggregate identifiable non-personal information. For example, bonseye.org uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s websites.

Bonseye.org also collects IP addresses from Customers when they log on to the Service, which are part of the Company’s security features “Identity Confirmation” and “IP Range Restrictions.”

Third-party cookies

From time to time, bonseye.org engage third parties to track and analyze identifiable non-personal use and volume statistics information from individuals who visit the Company’s websites. Bonseye.org may also use other third-party cookies to track the performance of the Company’s advertisements. The information provided to a third party does not contain personal information but is of such a nature that it may be associated with personal information after the Company receives it. This Privacy Statement does not cover the use of third-party cookies.

  1. Open forums, refer a friend and customer reviews

bonseye.org may provide forums, blogs, or chat rooms on the Company’s website. Any identifiable personal information you choose to provide in such places may be read, collected and/or used by others who visit these websites and may also be used to send you unsolicited messages. bonseye.org is not responsible for the identifiable personal information you choose to share on such websites. Customers and Visitors may choose to use the Company’s referral service to inform friends about the Company websites. When you use the referral service, the Company asks you your friend’s name and email address. bonseye.org then sends out a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Company websites. bonseye.org does not store this information.

  1. Sharing of collected information

bonseye.org may share Fyksen.no customer data with the Company’s sales agents so that ca get in touch with Customers and Visitors who have provided their contact information on the Company’s behalf. bonseye.org may also share Fyksen.no customer data with the Company’s sales agents to ensure the quality of the information provided. Identifiable Personal Information will never be shared, sold, rented, or used for promotional purposes with third parties.

bonseye.org reserves the right to disclose identifiable personal information about the Company’s Customers or Visitors if required by law or if the Company reasonably believes that a disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s rights and/or to comply with a court order or legal process.

  1. Communication preferences

bonseye.org offers Customers and Visitors who provide their contact information the opportunity to choose how the Company uses the collected information. You may send a request specifying your communication preferences to post@bonseye.no. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails associated with their own account with bonseye.org or service.

  1. Changes and updates

Your information customers can update or change their registration information by editing their user or organization records. There is a possibility thatbbonseye.no can provide a solution where you can update a user profile. To update an organization’s information, please log in to https://www.bonseye.org with your bonseye.org username and password and click on “Settings.”

  1. Customer data

Customers of bonseye.org who use the Service to host data and information (“Customer Data”) will never be reviewed, shared, distributed or referenced to its Customer Data, except as required by law. Individual entries of Customer data may only be viewed or accessed for the purpose of resolving a problem, providing support for problems, or suspected illegal activity. Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their bonseye.org usernames and passwords.

bonseye.org takes robust security measures to protect Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure proper use of Customer data. When the Service is used, Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) will protect Customer Data using both server authentication and data encryption. These technologies ensure that Customer Data is safe, secure, and only available to the Customer to whom the information belongs and those to whom the Customer has provided information access. bonseye.org hosts their websites on secure servers that use firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from unauthorized persons.

Because the Company uses the Service to maintain data about Fyksen.no customers, this information is secured in the same way described above for Customer Data.

If you wish to withdraw your consent or demand an overview of information, correction or deletion, contact us at the e-mail address we have specified under the section for contact information. At the same time, we ask that you fill in our complaint form and add this as an attachment to the e-mail, or that you fill in the complaint form on the website.
